Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, free of cost for pickup. Exchanges are accepted for size issues only. Notify us within this timeframe to initiate the exchange process.
- Reverse pickup takes approximately 3 days.
- After receiving the returned product, we conduct a quality check and dispatch the new product.
- If there's a price difference between the original and the exchanged product, the difference will need to be paid.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Return Policy
At SouledThreads, we ensure every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of the issue. We will send a replacement promptly.
Please note:
- Colour variations may occur due to screen resolution differences.
- As our products are made to order and tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or refunds after processing.
- No returns are accepted for Super Saver Packs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order, notify us within 3 hours of placing it by emailing souledthreads@gmail.com After 3 hours, the order enters production, and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Additional Notes
- If a product is rejected at the time of delivery, ₹150 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return costs.
- We prioritize respectful and professional communication, Abusive behaviour will lead to the termination of communication.
All disputes are subject to Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
